RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

First of all, we want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after sale services. We provide 30 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 30 days of product receipt.
1. What if I need to replace the product Size?
- If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply
- Pack the product in it's original package with accompanying tags.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the product to the store where purchased. You are welcome to make use of our delivery service.
- Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?
- If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
- Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
- Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
1. What if I wish to return my product?
- If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply contact us
- Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your all amount without any deduction.
